  1. Information sheet completed by Petitioner.
  2. Completed information sheet, Marriage Certificate, deposit as well as $2,000.00 payable as stamp duty for Petition forwarded to us.
  3. Petition for Dissolution of Marriage (and Affidavit accompanying Petition where there are relevant children) is prepared.
  4. Document(s) is/are signed by the Petitioner.
  5. Petition sent to Tax Admin. and stamp duty paid.
  6. Stamped Petition (and Affidavit accompanying Petition where there are relevant children) is lodged at the Supreme Court.
  7. Once Petition is approved it is signed and sealed by the Court and forwarded to us for service on the Respondent.
  8. Approved Petition (and Affidavit accompanying Petition where there are relevant children) is served on the Respondent and information for process server obtained.
  9. Affidavit of Service prepared and signed by process server.
  10. Application to Dispense with Hearing (and accompanying Affidavit where there are relevant children), are prepared and signed by Petitioner.
  11. Affidavit of Search is prepared and signed by Secretary.
  12. Decree Nisi, and signed Affidavit of Service, Application to Dispense with Hearing (and accompanying Affidavit where there are relevant children), and Affidavit of Search are filed in court after 14 days have elapsed since the date of service of the documents on the Respondent.
  13. Decree Nisi is approved and signed by a Judge.
  14. Application for Decree Absolute, (and Affidavit in Support of Application for Decree Absolute where there are relevant children) is prepared and signed by the Petitioner.
  15. Affidavit of Search is prepared and signed by Secretary.
  16. Signed Application for Decree Absolute, (and Affidavit in Support of Application for Decree Absolute where there are relevant children), Affidavit of Search and the draft Decree Absolute are filed in court after 6 weeks have elapsed since the date of the granting of the Decree Nisi.
  17. Decree Absolute approved and signed by the Judge.
  18. Balance of fee is now payable in exchange for signed Decree Absolute.
